You are uniquely responsible for isolating your private credentials, Google secure authentication hashes, or Firebase session tokens from external scripts or third-party vectors.

Users pledge to approach the platform without malicious intent. The following behavior matrices are categorized as severe policy violations and carry immediate, irreversible operational termination:

In no scenario shall TalkInk or its core developers be held accountable for hardware thermal spikes, cloud ledger synchronization delays, local internet blackouts, or downstream hardware failures arising from performance-intensive web-audio canvas processes running locally on your client machine.
Any disputes, systematic arguments, or claims originating from interaction logs inside this platform will be governed strictly under the legal statutes of the State of Odisha, India.
